Current research in Professor Ofoli's group focuses on development of biosensors for biomedical applications; surface and interfacial characterization of biomacromolecules at biomimetic interfaces; investigation of high internal phase ratio emulsions for biocatalysis; and development of protein-based sensors for monitoring and regulating thermal processes.
