Sponsored and Contract Research

The CNBI is a research resource that seamlessly integrates expertise in molecular biology, protein expression, separation science, polymer chemistry, interfacial science, nanotechnology, microelectronics, medicine, and commercial sensing technologies. The CNBI can assist with fundamental research or applied development of systems such as biosensors, biosensor arrays, biocatalytic reactors, drug-screening systems, and research tools to study protein activities.

Terms of the research arrangement (consulting, research grant, or contract research) can be customized to meet the collaborators' needs.

Confidentiality can be ensured through a confidential disclosure agreement, and intellectual property rights can be contractually arranged in advance through MSU's Office of Intellectual Property.
